Enrolments are taken at any time of the year.
Foundation enrolments are taken in September/October prior to the Foundation Orientation Program commencing. Children must be five years of age before April 30th in the first year of school. Parents are reminded that two documents need to be sighted by the Principal for enrolment, a Birth Certificate and an Immunisation Status Certificate. An enrolment form must be completed giving all necessary details and information. If a child is transferring from another school a transfer form is requested.
Parents must complete an enrolment form when a student enrols. At the beginning of each year these forms must be updated to ensure that the information is current. It is most important that emergency contact information and medical details are up to date. Parents are requested that should this information change at any time during the year the school must be informed of any changes. The school must also be made aware of any custody or court orders relating to any student
Parents are asked to encourage regular attendance and punctuality. This is essential for progress and continuity. However, the child’s health is of paramount importance and a sick child should be kept at home. If a child is sick you must add an absence to the uEducateUs app. or phone the school to explain the reason for the absence.
